What is my order status?

What are the payment methods?

We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when the item is paid for through PayPal. For any refunds please see our refund policy.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to any country applying the shipment costs as per our delivery policy. Please note that for destinations outside the UK the goods may be subject to import duties and other taxes in the country of destination for which the customer would be liable.

What is your delivery method and cost?

All parcels are dispatched via a delivery method which must be signed for upon receipt. Find out more about our delivery costs.

How long do I have to return an item?

Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to return the goods and request a refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us at johari@johari.co.uk

Can I exchange my purchased item?

Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to return the goods and request an exchange. To exchange a purchase for a different size or alternative Johari product please contact us at johari@johari.co.uk

Do you gift wrap?

If requested we can gift wrap items in black tissue paper and seal with a Johari sticker.

Can I change my delivery address?

This will depend if your order has already been dispatched. For any queries to change your delivery address please contact us via email at johari@johari.co.uk

Can I cancel my order?

This will depend if your order has already been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you will be able to return your purchase as per the returns policy. To cancel your order please contact us at johari@johari.co.uk

Do you sell or accept gift vouchers online?
